About LTC Mobility

LTC Mobility is an established family business with over 25 years of experience in the mobility sector. The original business started out by fitting towbars and selling trailers from the unit at Trostre park.

John Griffiths, former secretary of the Llanelli Disabled Drivers Association approached Alan for assistance with fitting a set of hand controls to his car, as he was struggling to manage the 3 hour journey to London.

From there, the business began to take on more and more adaptation work as word started to spread amongst the disabled community. In response to the demand, Alan attended various training courses around the UK, gaining Motability Accreditations and growing the business even further. Alan became the first fully accredited supplier of Motability adaptations based in West Wales.

By April 2004, demand for the right specialist equipment became so strong that Alan opened the shop to the public so that he could fully meet his cutomers' needs.

Now LTC Mobility boasts a fully stocked mobility centre with products ranging from wheelchair accessible vehicles to simple household aids. In June 2008, LTC Mobility will be opening an additional premises in Blue Street, Carmarthen.
