Unfortunately not. You can browse through the products that we have in stock online. However, you will need to get in contact with us to order your mobility scooter. By doing this, we can give you the best support and advice based on your needs.
We will be in touch with you to discuss your individual needs and get a better understanding of the type of product that will suit you best. We will then arrange a home visit during a preferred time and day.
Booking a home visit with us is easy. Simply book online or give us a call on 01554 773 608.
Our deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days. If we have experienced a delay with your delivery, our customer service team will be in touch with you and advise as to when your product is expected to arrive.
We currently deliver to Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.

Yes of course! You can either give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to run through our product range and see which one would suit your needs.
Not every product requires a home assessment, however some products in our range benefit from a demonstration in store or a home assessment to double check whether the product will fully suit you and your home.
Some people can claim a VAT exemption if they are chronically ill or disabled. However, if you are unsure about this, please give us a call and we’ll discuss your options with you.
It is very easy. We offer servicing and repairs on all products including stairlifts, scooters, riser recliner chairs, hoists, and adjustable beds. Give us a call for a repair or to book a service.
Yes you can! We can order in a new battery for you and have it fitted by one of our engineers. Just give us a call or visit our shop in Llanelli.
